What the service is
HVAC Service Call is a free service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed local HVAC contractors. We are a referral and call-routing service — we are not a contractor, we do not perform HVAC work, and we do not employ the contractors we connect you with.
No warranty on contractor work
All contractors and providers are independent. HVAC Service Call does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by them. It is your responsibility as the homeowner to verify that any contractor you hire holds the license and insurance required for the work being performed. Any agreement for services, pricing, and payment is strictly between you and the contractor.
Availability
Same-day and 24/7 emergency services are subject to provider participation, location, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market and appointment capacity.

Safety
